Abandoned? film

Abandoned? is a feature-length, documentary film by myself and Geppe Monrós (the Director). It is a journey that explores the beauty and the transformation of abandoned places in Europe.

Abandoned? was co-produced by T.V.E. (Spanish Public T.V.) and Neien Media S.C.P. It has two original language versions; Spanish and English.

It was screened at a cinema in Barcelona once a week for 3 months, shown three times on national Spanish TV (La 2: TVE). The film was also selected at 10 international film festivals and it one a gold medal at one. Over a million people have now seen it.

My responsibilities included: still photography, 2nd camera operator, animations and graphics including design of the website, production assistant and communications, documentation, research and investigation, image editor…as well as the joint driver, motivator, navigator, chef etc
